Panoramic View of Spantik Peak

Spantik peak also known as Golden Peak is a part of mountain chain which forms the boundary between Hunza-Nagar and Baltistan and is a subrange of Karakoram. The 7000m peak can be approached from both Nagar Valley side as well as Baltistan side and is very popular amongst expedition climbers due to its relative ease of ascent and scarcity of objective dangers. The remarkable sunset on this Golden Peak can be sighted from both Karimabad-Hunza and Duikar.
